Artists Bio:

I am drawn to the wonder of the natural world, the ever transforming nature of my surroundings.
As a keen observer of my environment, I attempt to depict the intricate pattern, intense color I see in flowers, shells, bird nests in my watercolor paintings. Stylisticaly, I work to achieve descriptive detail, the sensuality I perceive.
Similarly, I create compositions with objects drawn from the female domain, vintage clothing, women’s antique handbags, purses, and other accessories. My expressive floral line captures the essence of the objects. I believe these objects are imbued with rich psychological associations, provide an insight into the distinct female realm.
